Start with your comprehensive, 60 minute mental, physical & lifestyle health evaluation. This appointment collects & reviews information about your mental & physical health history to gain insight into your overall health status.
Part II: BE AFYA BED & ADHD Assessment!
Next, complete your testing & assessment(s) appointment. This appointment can take up to 120 minutes!
🧠 Includes QbTest~ADHD Assessment, an FDA cleared, objective, neuropsychological test that measures the core ADHD symptoms-activity, inattention, and impulsivity!
